Our registered address is Stationsweg 88, 1386 KH Almere, Netherlands. We operate as a vehicle sales company providing automotive services throughout the Netherlands.
prokarnphk provides vehicle sales services including but not limited to vehicle sourcing, quality inspection, sales consultation, documentation assistance, and customer support. All services are provided in accordance with Dutch law and automotive industry standards. Service availability and specific terms may vary based on individual circumstances and requirements.
Users of our services must provide accurate and complete information when requested, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, respect our business hours and operational procedures, and conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with prokarnphk staff. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
All vehicle sales are subject to separate purchase agreements that will specify the exact terms, conditions, price, and delivery details. Vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. prokarnphk reserves the right to refuse service or cancel transactions at our discretion. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or purchase contracts. prokarnphk reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Additional fees may apply for certain services, and these will be clearly communicated before any commitment.
All content on the prokarnphk website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of prokarnphk B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. The prokarnphk name and logo are trademarks of prokarnphk B.V.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Vehicle information is provided to the best of our knowledge but may contain inaccuracies.
prokarnphk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume normal operations as soon as possible.
prokarnphk reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
prokarnphk reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
